Traci Wozniak, Co-Owner

Offering twelve years of experience, Ms. Wozniak previously served as the Senior Manager for a management company with over 120 communities in the Clark County area. Ms. Wozniak’s responsibilities included overseeing 13 on-site and 5 off-site managers. She has her “Super-CM” with the Nevada State Real Estate Division which permits her to oversee work performed by individuals holding a provisional manager certificate. She wrote and implemented the “Junior Manager” program and Board training seminars for her prior employer and has implemented similar programs for Mesa clients. Ms. Wozniak spent six (6) years managing a master planned community containing 3,000 single family homes and twenty-two sub -associations. Ms. Wozniak has obtained her AMS designation through the Community Association Institute (CAI).

Mandy Endelman, Co-Owner

Ms. Endelman has thirteen years of experience in the Homeowner Association industry. Ms. Endelman excels at developer relations and transitions and has experience managing master planned communities, condominiums, high rise developments, and single family communities. Ms. Endelman has dedicated countless hours to the HOA’s she manages assisting them in obtaining grants from the City for community projects, assisting in the recording of plans for new communities, and assisting Boards in working with municipal entities and government sponsored programs such as recycling, etc. She obtained her Certified Community Manager certificate in 2001. Ms. Endelman graduated from Loyola Marymount University with an Urban Planning degree and has worked in commercial development. Mandy has obtained her AMS designation through the Community Association Institute (CAI).

Mesa’s owners, Mandy Endelman and Traci Wozniak, personally oversee or supervise management of every community so you are never affected by staff turn-over. We pay our knowledgeable, educated-staff based on how well they perform, not by how many properties they can juggle.

Our technology was designed to please everyone. Homeowners have real-time access to their accounts and the community’s governing documents, notices and events via our easy-to-use Website. Board members view homeowner communications, logs, financials and more.

Our goal is to remain a boutique management company—never taking on a new client if it sacrifices service to existing communities.

So, no matter how big or small, if we manage your community you’ll feel like our only client.

About our Team

Edward Waldron

Edward Waldron is a portfolio Manager for Mesa Management. Mr. Waldron brings several years of experience with him to Mesa including assisting and managing on site communities, master planned communities, landscape maintenance associations, single family homes, as well as condominium projects. He is certified with the Nevada Real Estate Division as a provisional manager and will complete his apprenticeship tenor in March 2011 to obtain his manager certificate. Mr. Waldron excels in areas such as violation tracking and penalty tracking. Mr. Waldron has developed functional systems for associations to enable them to fairly and equitable assess monetary penalties for non-compliance. Mr. Waldron is a great asset for Mesa Management and we are proud to have him as a portfolio manager.

Krista Gilmore

Krista Gilmore has been a certified Community Manager for 9 years and is currently a portfolio Manager for Mesa Management. Ms. Gilmore has vast experience with mid-rise communities, master planned communities, landscape maintenance associations, single family homes, as well as condominium projects. Krista excels at customer service, organization and implementing policies and procedures. She manages communities which have won awards for Small Association of the year, as well as Board Member of the year with the local CAI chapter.

Carolyn Logsdon

Carolyn Logsdon serves as the lead accountant for Mesa Management. Ms. Logsdon has worked in accounting in the real estate industry for 12+ years providing detailed financials based on GAAP principles. In addition to experience, Ms. Logsdon brings dedication and hard work to her performance allowing us to offer accurate, timely financials. Ms. Logsdon has worked with Mesa Management since inception and we are proud to have her running our accounting department.

Miranda Boni

Miranda Boni runs the Accounts receivable / accounts payable department with Mesa Management. Miranda works to ensure payments are posted promptly and accurately as well as ensuring all payables for the communities are made accurately and timely. Miranda has 7+ years experience and provides exceptional customer service to our homeowners. Ms. Boni assists with providing the monthly financial statements for a portfolio of communities. Ms. Boni has also been with the company since inception and has been a great asset for us as we grow because of the attention she pays to customer service.

 April Blood

April Blood is the heart of Mesa Management. Ms. Blood serves as the receptionist and Office Manager of Mesa Management. She utilizes her 15 years of administrative work daily while providing exceptional customer service. Ms. Blood is also on track to participate in the Junior Management Program and is actively taking classes to obtain her CAM certificate as well as other advanced degrees.
